Returns, Warranty & Repairs

All bespoke and collection pieces are not returnable since each piece is hand-crafted and made to order. We stand behind all of our jewelry and we offer a free lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

• For all of Karina Noel’s bespoke pieces we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect.
• If you experience any problem with your purchase, please email or call us first. Then we can advise you on your ring, and possibly set up an appointment to further assess your ring. If you cannot come in, you can purchase round-trip, insured, next day shipping so we can assess your ring in person.
• If we deem the problem a manufacturing issue, will repair the item at no expense to the customer. If we deem the problem wear and tear and/or negligence subsequent to purchase, we will offer you our advice, and price quote for repair. We keep basic repair fees reasonable. Any repairs or work not done by Karina Noel will void our warranty.

 

While jewelry is crafted using some of the most durable materials (gold and platinum), it's essential to understand that it isn't immune to damage and it does have its limits. It's crucial to take good care of your jewelry to prevent any major issues. It is also good practice to inspect your jewelry periodically, ensuring that prongs securely hold the stones and that there isn’t any significant damage to the metal beyond normal wear and tear. We are always available to check your pieces for you at no cost.
